PaySchools Central-(Online Payments and Application) is our online meal/school fees payment system, as well as the online platform to submit a Free and Reduced Meals Application.

To set up a new account, please click "Register" at PaySchools Central and follow the prompts. You will need your child's student identification number-- your child's school secretary can provide this to you. Each child in your family can be set up on the same account. When money is added, it typically appears in your student’s lunch account within 2 hours.

By setting up an account you can easily:

  • Check your student’s account balance
  • View your student's meal activity
  • Deposit money at your convenience
  • View your payment history
  • Set e-mail reminders to notify you when your student’s account gets low
  • Set up recurring payments through the Auto-Replenishment feature

If you require technical support or assistance with the website, please click the "Help" link on the PaySchools Central home page. For all other questions, please contact Melissa Snyder or Stefanie Tuttle in the central office at (330) 264-9491.

Please note that there is now only a $20.00 charge limit in the cafeteria (Ala cart items are not included)

TRIWAY FOOD SERVICE CHARGE POLICY INFORMATION:

This notice is to inform families that the USDA has required all districts to adopt a meal charge policy. This requirement is necessary due to the outstanding and uncollectable debt incurred by school food services. School food service operations are self-funded and should not rely on the district for financial help. It is our intention and desire to feed all students, however, when charging occurs and it is not repaid, it places a financial strain on the department that can’t be supported.

Effective June 1, 2023, our district charge policy will be that students may charge their breakfast and/or lunch, when necessary, with the understanding that the unpaid balance will be paid as soon as possible. Any outstanding balance will be added to school fees at the end of the year. Students will not be allowed to borrow for ala carte items. In effort to comply with USDA requirements, we’re providing this written communication to you. Additionally, you should receive a ParentSquare communication from your child’s building Food Service Supervisor informing you of our district charge policy. The policy is also available on our district website. Parents are encouraged to set up an account using our online PaySchools Central site. You can monitor balances and put money on your student’s account at no cost to you, as well as set up to receive email alerts for a low balance in your child’s account.

We would appreciate your help with this as it is important to us that our students have a nutritious breakfast and lunch. It is our desire and goal for lunch to be the best part of their day.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns about this mandatory policy, please call:
